All physical products are made to order once the sale concludes. No spares are made. I cannot offer swaps or replacements. Sorry.
In instances where you did not receive your order at all, a full refund will be issued after 30 days for domestic shipping or 60 for international shipping. This time begins after the sale has concluded and merchandise is being fulfilled. Please be patient, there are a lot of orders and they go all over the world.
