Digital Merchandise

All sales are final in regards to digital products and subscriptions. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. If you need help, please contact us.

Sales for paid audience interaction are final. The host has the option to not read aloud, or to read aloud in a way different than requested, any paid message. The host holds discretion in what messages to read. If you feel your message was not read on accident, please contact us.

Physical Merchandise

If you are unhappy with what you’ve received, or did not receive what you paid for, contact us. We will be happy to refund an order partially or entirely within a month after it was received in a way that is most convenient to you.

Physical products which are made to order are unavailable once the sale concludes. If no spare inventory exists, we cannot do replacements. We do not accept returns; if a refund is issued, you can keep the product.

If you do not receive your order, please contact us within 30 days for domestic orders or 60 for international orders. For products being made to order during special sales, please be patient, there are a lot of orders and they go all over the world.
